More Than 80 Years in the Making
Metal Stickems didn't start in a garage. It started on a factory floor in 1940.
Our company has been manufacturing premium metal awards and recognition products for over 80 years. Three generations of family ownership. Eight decades of craftsmanship. Hundreds of millions of metal medallions, inserts, and award components produced for trophy shops, sports leagues, schools, corporations, and government agencies across the United States and beyond.
We know metal. We've known it since before most of our customers were born.
What We've Always Made
For most of our history, our products lived inside trophies. They were the small metal discs you'd find pressed into a column trophy at a youth soccer banquet, or mounted on a plaque hanging in a school hallway, or attached to an award sitting on a desk in a corporate office. We called them medallion insert discs — and while most people never noticed our name on them, they noticed the quality.
Our inserts are stamped from brass, etched, enameled, and finished to a standard that outlasts the trophies they're mounted in. We supply dealers and trophy shops across the country through our wholesale operation at classic-medallics.com, and we sell direct to consumers through our awards store at shopawardsandgifts.com.
Over 600 designs. Every sport. Every branch of the military. Every academic achievement worth celebrating. Every profession. Every cause.
For 80 years, that was the business. Then something obvious finally hit us.
The Idea Behind Metal Stickems
Our medallion inserts have always had a peel-and-stick adhesive back. That was never the point — it was just how you attached them to a trophy column or plaque base. But when we looked at what people were actually doing with them, we started to notice something.
Coaches were sticking them on clipboards. Parents were putting them on car bumpers. Kids were pressing them onto lockers and notebooks and guitar cases. Veterans were mounting them on tool boxes. Nobody was waiting for a trophy to use them.
The product had always been more than an award component. People just needed someone to say so out loud.
Metal Stickems is that moment. Same metal. Same quality. Same 80-year manufacturing standard. New name. New purpose. No trophy required.
Why Metal and Not Vinyl
We're biased — obviously. But we're biased for good reason.
Vinyl stickers fade. They peel at the edges. They bubble in the heat. They look cheap because, eventually, they are cheap.
Metal doesn't do any of that. A Metal Stickem is stamped from brass or precision-etched and enameled — the same process we've used to produce award components for eight decades. It's shiny on day one and shiny five years later. It's flat, durable, and looks like it belongs wherever you put it.
When you stick a Metal Stickem on your laptop, your locker, your car bumper, or your gear bag, it doesn't look like a sticker. It looks like it was always supposed to be there.
That's what 80 years of metal manufacturing gets you.
YOUR IDENTITY IN METAL.
Who Metal Stickems Is For
Anyone who wants to show who they are in something that lasts.
The athlete who wants their sport on their helmet. The veteran who wants their branch on their truck. The student who earned the honor roll and wants something real to show for it. The coach who wants to recognize a player in a way that means something. The parent who is proud and wants everyone to know it. The professional who takes their work seriously and their gear personally.
We make nearly 400 designs across sports, military, academic achievement, government, careers, lifestyle, and more. If it matters to you, there's probably a Metal Stickem for it. And if there isn't, tell us — we've been adding new designs for 80 years and we're not stopping now.
